A TRUE PRO: I am writing this review for Harman Singh of Acorn. He was assigned to our home to conduct a 6 month inspection on my new furnace and was able to quickly diagnose, repair and frankly re-design my drainage system to better compliment the furnace and air conditioner. Excellent Installation Experience
I bought the Daikin 4ton 48000btuh multi-split with 2 heads and 3 cassettes for upstairs. Total 5 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit. The install was completed Sept 9,2025 by Acorn Service Group. The job was well done by Max, Brendan, Collin, Curtis and with the help of Shane & Shawn(Sales & Operation dept.) On October 3 I got a error message U0. I called Acorn for help and on the same day they were able to solve the problem. Customer service with Acorn is excellent.
