A TRUE PRO: I am writing this review for Harman Singh of Acorn. He was assigned to our home to conduct a 6 month inspection on my new furnace and was able to quickly diagnose, repair and frankly re-design my drainage system to better compliment the furnace and air conditioner. Now the unit works incredibly well, both the heat and the air conditioning are awesome. I would highly recommend Acorn, join their service package for sure as they will know your system and have plans for proper maintenance specifically for you. It will save time and money in the short and long term. He even took the time to speak with my son DURING THE REPAIR to help him navigate his first year as an electrician. I bought the Daikin 4ton 48000btuh multi-split with 2 heads and 3 cassettes for upstairs. Total 5 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit. The install was completed Sept 9,2025 by Acorn Service Group. The job was well done by Max, Brendan, Collin, Curtis and with the help of Shane & Shawn(Sales & Operation dept.) On October 3 I got a error message U0. I called Acorn for help and on the same day they were able to solve the problem. Customer service with Acorn is excellent.
