Home Comfort Advisor
Acorn Service Group is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Home Comfort Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will meet with homeowners, understand their home comfort needs, and recommend the right products and services to improve comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional who wants strong earning potential, ongoing support, and room to grow with a company that values doing the right thing for customers.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with new and existing customers to assess their home comfort needs
- Present and sell company products and services in a professional, consultative manner
- Recommend solutions such as heating, cooling, water heating, indoor air quality, plumbing, electrical, and other home comfort products
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales agreements
- Explain product options, pricing, financing, warranties, and installation expectations
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure a smooth handoff
- Follow up with customers and manage leads effectively
- Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to department growth

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience preferred
- Residential, business-to-consumer, HVAC, home services, or related sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales tools
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when customers are available
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
