Natural gas furnaces provide a comfortable, affordable, heating system that can be upgraded for efficiency and air conditioning with the addition of a heat pump. A new high-efficiency furnace will give you considerable savings on your heating bill and a comfort difference you can feel.

It’s how we got started in this business and earned our reputation for high quality work. Although guests never visit your furnace room, we consider it our obligation to do the job right and leave it clean and well-organized.

How to choose a furnace
Size matters – a lot. Your furnace’s specifications should be a fit for your home’s square footage. A too-small furnace will not keep your house comfortable during winter cold spells.
Efficiency also matters. How efficiently a furnace converts gas into heating energy is reflected in its annual fuel-utilization-efficiency (AFUE) rating, which is measured as a percentage. The higher the number the more cost savings pass onto you. New, high-efficiency furnaces are over 98% efficient.
Should you add a heat pump to your system?
A heat pump is an energy-saving addition to your home’s furnace that can significantly cut your heating and cooling bills. While your furnace is indoors, the heat pump is outside your home and the system is well-suited to our mild West Coast weather. One of the benefits of adding a heat pump to your heating system is that it adds central air conditioning to your home.
Ductless heat pumps are an easy way to heat or cool a room that may not be serviced adequately by your existing furnace. They are small and unobtrusive, and do not use your existing duct system at all. Ducted systems move warm or cold air throughout your home using your furnace ductwork.
You can trust our furnace service, repairs and installations
In order to keep your furnace clean and operating efficiently, (and to comply with the terms of most warranties), you should schedule a service appointment annually – just like you schedule a tune-up for your car. Signs that your furnace isn’t operating at peak efficiency include a sudden increase in your heating bill and cold areas in your home.
Our trained HVAC technicians are familiar with all major makes and models of furnaces and heat pumps, and can repair or service your existing furnace after providing you with a range of solutions and an upfront estimate of the cost to perform the work.

Thinking about replacement? Schedule a free estimate
When your furnace is getting older, repairs are not always the best choice. An older system may keep breaking down, cost more to run, and struggle to keep your home comfortable. A new furnace can give you better heat, improved energy savings, and more peace of mind.
If rebates are available, replacing your furnace may make even more sense. Our team can help you choose a system that fits your home, your comfort needs, and your budget. We install furnaces for homeowners in Tsawwassen, Ladner, North Delta, Richmond, White Rock, Surrey, and nearby areas.
