Ke from Acorn plumbing & heating went above and beyond when he serviced our AC unit. He noticed some rodent activity and used a combination of wire mesh, adhesive and foam to ensure critters would not chew any of the electrical components. Definitely 5* service. Thank you Ke.

R&M Mechanical were very professional and great to deal with. The technician they sent whose name is Angel was fantastic to deal with and so friendly. I had a new sealed toilet that was broken when opened. I couldn't believe it, Angel stated that he would return the toilet (I had the receipts) his supervisor called to make sure that is what I would like. So the communication and quality of work that was done is out standing and I would recommend this company in a heart beat. My old toilet in my main bathroom leaked and ruined the floor. Lucas removed the old toilet. Mario brought the new toilet and installed it on my new floor. He checked the water pressure, discovered it was much too high and installed a new pressure regulator. He also noticed some other minor plumbing that needed attention. I appreciate the proactive preventative attention. I also find the support staff very friendly and helpful.

I had an excellent experience with Acorn Heating, Plumbing and Cooling. Ke serviced our heat pump and then completed the necessary repairs to get the system operating the way it should. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very customer-focused. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Adam serviced our furnace and thoroughly inspected the system. He identified several issues that required immediate attention and clearly explained the importance of addressing them. Adam checked for carbon monoxide, air flow rate, gas leaks and gave my wife and I a complete run down on what he did for us. His honesty and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. ACORN Svc Grp is indeed a professional firm with a very experienced team. The technician who attended to my tankless water heater trouble-shooting today was quite courteous and extremely professional in his job. He did a thorough service of the water heater and will conduct a replacement of a faulty board next week hopefully. This was a great job in my townhome. A giant Bravo-Zulu to the technician, Jamie! Technician (Lucas) arrived at 10.00am as scheduled. After introductions, I took him downstairs to Laundry room where water from upstairs sink was backing up into laundry tub and not draining into outside pipe. After seeing the problem, he immediately went to his truck, gather equipt. and began disassembling pipes. He showed us photos of heavy build-up inside pipes. Using power snakes, he could not clear the line through the outside pipe up to 80 feet !! He called another technician (Josh) and they brought in their King of machines (Hydro Jet) with 4000 psi capability and 200 foot reach. Finally ... Success !! - after many hours of sweat, frustration, teamwork and determination. Both men were confident in their knowledge and explained to us what they were doing along the way. They answered all of our questions and concerns and were extremely easy to relate to. A top notch and pleasurable experience considering a 54 year build-up of congested piping that we were faced with unexpectedly. Both gentlemen are highly recom -mended and shone brightly for your company !!

Just got my annual service on my furnace. The technician was very polite, friendly and professional. He (Maclaren) answered all my questions, explained all his findings and was a pleasure to deal with. Actually, each and everyone that I have dealt with from the receptionists , installers and technicians at Acorn have been great and I am very pleased with their service and with the furnace that I purchased from them.

We recently bought a house and had Acorn plumbing re-pipe all of the poly B piping, install a new hot water tank, and an auto shut off valve. I would say that our experience was generally positive thanks to two excellent members of their team Chris and Shane. They walked us through the process of getting a quote, getting financing, and tried their best to explain all of the work to us. When there was a bit of a surprise with the final invoice, they were willing to come over and walk through the home with us to explain the invoice and also listened to our concerns. In the end, the issue was resolved quite easily. Their communication with us was excellent from beginning to end, and the work was done quickly and on time. They also left our home pretty clean each day while the work was being done. They definitely seem like they know what they're doing. We received quotes from about 4 different companies and ended up choosing Acorn due to their professionalism and ease of communication. I think we would use them again for big jobs.

Acorn Heating Cooling Plumbing have been our go to in Tsawwassen for 8 years. We had three visits in 3 days and Dan, Danny and James all did amazing jobs. Curtis & Wes installed a new furnace for us late last week. Highly impressed with their work and attention to detail. They spent almost the entire day, installing and fitting new ducting to make sure the furnace looked great and was sealed properly. They even went above and beyond, installing a neutralizer that wasn't there previously, but was required to bring the system to code. After the job was done, the work area and pathways to it were spotless - you could barely tell anyone had been there in the first place. Highly recommend. We recently had Ke & Nick come by for furnace and AC maintenance and to replace the hot water tank. Equally as impressed as our prior experience with Acorn.
