We are so grateful that we chose Acorn to service our new house Heat pump & AC systems. Their staff Jamie is so responsible and helpful that he spotted the defect and overlooked issue by the developer and fixed it for our safety! He event has eyes for details and notified us the washing machine air vent outlet need clearance. He went an extra mile to assist me while I tried vacuuming. The service is better than my expectation! Immediately signed up for yearly package.

Mario replaced our kitchen drain - it’s working much better now and he answered all of our questions about other plumbing as well. We’re very happy with his patience and his work. Thank you. Shout out to Jayden, the technician who came to replace the garburator in my kitchen. He is very knowledgable, polite, and thorough. He took time to explain the options for me and told me the pros & cons. Completed the job quick and clean. Another shout out goes to Laura. She is kind and understand. She got me the quote right away and made the appointment process easy. The price is also reasonable and straightforward. Very impressed with the service from Acorn.

Some reviews are a pleasure to write. This is definitely one of them. We hired Acorn Plumbing from Delta, BC to do a complete repiping of our house from PolyB to Pex. The job was completed in two days by a team of very pleasant, experienced and technically skilled young men. Their work was exacting and precise producing an extremely satisfactory result. I want to name them because they deserve much credjt. They were Noah, (the team leader) with Lucas, Colin and Luke. I was informed continuously on where they were at with the project, each step, and answered any questions I had, always politely and helpfully. They cleaned up very neatly at the end of each day and it was a pleasure to have each of them in our house. We also greatly appreciated the work of Shawn in Operations and the friendliness of the office staff. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company. Robin Wilson.

I found the guys professional and friendly. They fixed a leak, vacuum cleaned, and even repainted the interior to make it look fresh and new. They seemed to go above and beyond.

Five stars. I've had membership with Acorn for 3 years plus and have had several service calls with Nick. I've always had excellent service and rapport with everyone at Acorn.

Acorn came and installed an air handler and heat pump for us and their service was incredible! Helped us out with rebate forms, took care of all the work in tidy and organized fashion. The installers on site were clean and respectful not to mention handsome.

We found a cracked connection piece at our main plumbing line, after hours. Acorn emergency line helped us and we were able to shut off water and then schedule a morning service call. Danny arrived quickly and was so helpful, kind, patient, and cleaned up! Our water line was repaired in 2 hours. Thank you!

We had Stuart come out to deal with a pair of gas leaks. He was phenomenal and caught multiple things our inspector missed. He was courteous, prompt, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job.

I had a very positive experience with Acorn after our hot water went down right before the weekend. They came out within a few hours to provide a quote and had the full installation scheduled just three days later. To help us get through the weekend, they provided a temporary 30-gallon electric boiler, which was a huge help and much appreciated. The installers, Noah and Luke, did a great job. They had to deal with some pretty difficult conditions in our tight attic and crawl space, but they handled the entire process professionally, efficiently, and kept everything clean. The final product looks great—the piping layout is straight, organized, and clearly done by experienced professionals. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend Acorn to anyone looking for reliable service. Thanks again to Noah and Luke for the hard work.

Once again Jamie came by the house for the air pump's annual service. Very professional, informative, and polite! We always go with ACORN and they continue to impress us. Jamie even remembered our questions from last year! I highly recommend ACORN for their quality service.
