Very professional service! The technician arrived when expected, and was friendly, helpful & courteous. I had a main sewer line plug, so after looking at reviews online about Acorn Plumbing I decided to contact them. From the first phone call with Nolan (who was very polite and helpful) and also the young lady.....(also very polite and pleasant) that called the next day to give me the heads up on when the technician was coming to the house, all really good. The Tech that showed up was Nick and was he ever knowledgeable, polite and a good worker.... got the job done professionally and in a timely manner....Nick is a good reflection of the company for sure. Acorn installed a new hot water tank for us a year ago. Our house is built on a slab (1978) and we recently had a water pipe leak in the floors. The thought was devastating regarding costs and work to be done. The first thing I thought of was Acorn, as the service staff we had before were so caring and professional. We wanted someone we could trust. Our service rep was Wes and he was knowledgable and made us immediately feel that we were in good hands. He quickly went to work and within a couple of hours, he had found the leak in a wall, removed the perforated pipe, replaced it, and water was running! My husband and I are once again amazed at not just the service provided by Wes and Acorn, but the quality of the people. Thanks so much!

Acorn service group came out to install a new combi unit (hot water on demand and boiler). The team here was awesome. They were so great about removal of old unit (our house is an old renovated cottage) the boiler was the last item. Kyle who arrived with his right hand guy was so professional and did a great job. Jamie, Chris and Kyle were amazing in helping to get my new Yorke heat pump installed and working.Chris and Kyle were great and spent the entire day setting up the new pump, getting everything installed.Jamie was amazing and came out to ensure everything was working properly and to make final adjustments with regards to the functioning of the pump and getting the thermostat to work.Can't say enough about this team - everyone has been amazing, thorough and attentive.*Separately... Acorn USED to be based out of Boundary Bay and directly in front of my parents house. Acorn Plumbing is amazing!Murphy's law happened and we lost our water heater and furnace at the same time - late in the day. I called Acorn and they sent a technician to check it out the next morning, bright and early.The equipment was old so they ended up installing a new tankless water heater and heat pump, the next week. There were a few bumps along the road, with our old equipment and Acorn went above and beyond to make sure we had hot water over the weekend, when the hot water tank died.I can't say enough about the excellent service technicians (multiple excellent, skilled experts), and very helpful office staff, who make sure our experience was excellent.Thank you to Kyle, Ian, Nolan, Adam, Colin, Dante, Malcolm, and Wes and all the staff at Acorn. You are all awesome!

James did a great job troubleshooting & repairing, even bringing in another tech for second option to make sure it was all done right. He is professional and dedicated. This review is by Steve Blake. I am extremely pleased with the work done by Kyle and Chris yesterday when they installed a new hot water heating system for my garage. The system works perfectly. Kyle was very professional explaining what they were doing each step of the way. He consulted with me to make sure everything was installed where and how I wanted. Chris excelled at the electrical work and showed great initiative doing things, including cleanup, without being told. Both of these fellows were friendly, polite, caring, and very concerned that I ended up with a heated garage and equipment that was easy to operate. They both went over the instructions to make sure I knew how to operate and adjust the system. I give full marks to both Kyle and Chris!
