We just had an enjoyable experience with our Acorn service technician Nick who visited our home and reviewed, advised, and today replaced our downstairs powder room toilet. It looks great and was the best choice. Nick was careful, efficient and was thinking of us as homeowners and how it ultimately looked when completed. He is a nice person and was a good listener with thoughtful replies. We are very pleased, thank you Nick and Acorn.
I bought the Daikin 4ton 48000btuh multi-split with 2 heads and 3 cassettes for upstairs. Total 5 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit. The install was completed Sept 9,2025 by Acorn Service Group. The job was well done by Max, Brendan, Collin, Curtis and with the help of Shane & Shawn(Sales & Operation dept.) On October 3 I got a error message U0. I called Acorn for help and on the same day they were able to solve the problem. Customer service with Acorn is excellent.
Nick was awesome! He was professional and did an excellent job installing our new toilet. He answered all of our questions and even provided with some additional tips for toilet maintenance. We would definitely recommend Acorn because of the amazing service provided by Nick.
